The website www.vitalhotel.co.il is the official website of Weizmann City Hotels Ltd. Reg. No. 516683869 (”the Company”), the operator of the Vital Hotel (hereinafter: ”the Hotel“) located at 14 Weizmann Street, Tel Aviv. The website complies with PCI-DSS security standards.
Parts of the Website and these Articles are formulated in the masculine form, but they are intended for all genders.
Reservation accommodation is possible by contacting the Hotel by phone at 03-7770000, via email at [email protected], or through this website. Any person who books accommodation through this website declares that they have read these Articles, that they agree to all its provisions and terms, and that they and/or anyone on their behalf will not have any claim and/or demand, directly and/or indirectly, against the website and/or the Hotel and/or anyone on their behalf, including in matters related to the execution of the reservation and the provision of the required details, including in matters related to the realization of the reservation.
Anyone ordering accommodation through this website, will need to provide personal details, including an ID or passport number and a credit card number; subject to the foregoing, the Company undertakes to honor such order. Entering false personal information will result in legal action being taken against the applicants, including filing claims for damages that may be caused to the website and/or the Hotel and/or anyone acting on their behalf. Credit card details entered through the website are for the purpose of securing the reservation only. The actual credit card charge will only be made upon arrival at the hotel, or pursuant to the cancellation policy. Concurrently, the Hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card and may also request pre-authorization from the credit card company for the amount equivalent to the first night’s stay at the hotel. Upon completion of the order process, the customer will receive an automatic email message confirming the execution of the order. The shall print and present this at the Hotel reception upon arrival.
Terms and Conditions
A. Prices listed on the website are in New Shekels and include VAT.
B. The customer’s stay at the Hotel will commence on the date of arrival at 15:00 to 12:00 on the date of departure. Arrival and/or departure not in accordance with the aforementioned hours is subject to prior approval of the Hotel management and subject to an additional fee.
C. An ‘infant’ refers to anyone under the age of two. A ‘child’ refers to anyone between the ages of two and twelve.
D. Hotel stay reservations through the website are reserved for adults over the age of 18.
E. The images on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not binding of the Company and the hotel.
F. The Company will refrain as far as possible from providing a User’s personal information to third parties, unless it is obligated to do so by judicial order or if it faces a threat of legal action (criminal or civil) against it for actions performed by a User on the Company’s website. In such case, the Company may provide the User’s details to the party claiming to have been harmed by the user or pursuant to the provisions of a judicial order.
G. User declares that it is aware that upon entering the details of the purchase it will be included in the Company’s database. The Company shall be entitled to use the purchase details for the purpose of improving the services it offers to Users on the website as well as to contact users by regular mail, e-mail as well as any other means of communication, and for adapting the website to its personal needs and preferences, all as specified in the website’s Privacy Policy. The Company will remove the user’s purchase details from its database if the user explicitly informs the Company in writing of their desire not to be included.
H. The information on the website is presented as-is. The Company is not responsible for adapting the information to a User’s needs and is not responsible for a User being unable to use the information for any reason. The User alone shall bear liability for the manner in which it makes use of the information. The company endeavors to ensure the information is as correct and accurate as possible; however, it does not claim that the information constitutes a comprehensive or detailed analysis of all the issues it covers.

Cancellation Fees:
Guests canceling at least 24 hours before arrival will not be charged.
Guests canceling less than 24 hours before arrival will be charged for one night per booked room, based on the booked pension. Charges will be made using the credit card provided in the system.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to the use of the website and/or stays at the Hotel will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and adjudicated by the competent commercial courts of the Tel Aviv District only.
